The uneven appearance and crowding of the front upper and lower teeth were corrected with Invisalign Clear Aligners over a course of 8 months to achieve a satisfactory result for this patient.

Before treatment, this patient had a crown placed on her left central incisor overseas. The crown was shaped differently from her right central incisor, leading to an uneven and asymmetric smile. The patient was also unhappy with her prominent and crooked lateral incisors and lower teeth.

An open bite happens when the top front teeth do not touch the bottom front teeth even when the back teeth are closed together. Hence, there is an open space between the front teeth at all times. This can be due to the upper front teeth being flared out too much. With Invisalign, we can correct cases of open bites. This is illustrated here by a very obvious open bite which has not been closed thanks to Invisalign aligners. 

This patient was not happy with the misalignment of their top and bottom front teeth. We used Invisalign Go aligners over a period of 14 weeks to align the teeth and even out the patient's smile. This patient has slightly crowded teeth with rotated and prominent upper central incisors that also tipped sideways. Invisalign clear aligners were used over a 17 weeks period to align the teeth and provide an even and more harmonious smile.
