Since the beginning!
What do you love about your job?
Dr Yew practises all aspects of general dentistry while providing a gentle and comprehensive approach to oral care: “I believe it is essential to be attuned to each patient’s individual needs in the dental setting and to prioritise health. I also have a strong preventive and conservative approach to dentistry”. Dr Yew believes that an intact tooth is best left alone as much as possible and if treatment is needed, all options need to be considered including the less invasive ones. Having accumulated extensive experience over the years, Dr Yew has treated numerous highly anxious patients who are now able to routinely attend dental appointments and undergo treatment in the chair. "Healthy teeth and gums are an important component of overall good health and dentists have to do their best to encourage patients to maintain their dental health over the long term". Dr Yew aims to keep abreast of the latest scientific evidence and technology in dentistry so she can always provide the best care for her patients.
